RE: Peshawbestown Solar Project

Dear Matt,

I wanted to thank you for the excellent job you and your crew had done on the Peshawbestown wastewater treatment plant solar project. All aspects of this project were done in a timely manner with great attention to the quality of work. In addition your professional knowledge of this project was extremely helpful in getting the net metering contract established with Consumers Energy. At this time our 69 panel array is functioning flawlessly.

If in the future we ever look to expand here or at other locations you will be the first on our list to call.

Thanks again,

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of recommendation is written on behalf of Voltage Electric, Inc. The following is a brief description of my experience with Matt Vajda CGP, Voltage Electric.

We are building a new home and, it was important for me to incorporate the sun's energy in our building plans. After about 6 months of research beginning with an independent site assessment, I found a company willing to perform the work. However, upon checking with my local Electrical Code Inspector, I learned that the company did not have the appropriate licensing to install a solar system. Please realize that solar power is relatively "new" technology in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and certified experts are difficult to find. The Electrical Inspector provided me with a list of suggested properly licensed companies, and that's how I came to contact Matt Vajda in August 2010.

Matt worked well with us, patiently and knowledgably addressing any and all of our concerns. He made recommendations about what size solar array was required and affordable and provided 2 different complete quotations for us to choose from. Upon reviewing the proposals, we discovered that we could provide some of the work required, and Matt adjusted the price to reflect about a $6500 savings for us! After several conversations with Matt, we contracted with Voltage Electric (mid-September) to provide our service. The date for installation set by Matt was November 9th, as the panels had to be ordered and the poles set to support the array. Voltage Electric had many ongoing conversations with the City of Norway Electrical Department during the planning phase of our project as well, since this was a first project of its' kind in the city.

You can imagine my excitement when I heard from Matt, that they would be starting a whole day earlier than expected! (Believe me, I have had exactly the opposite experience in all other stages of the building project.) Matt and staff started the project early on November 8th, and the work was completed by noon on November 10th. There are other things that impressed me about Matt's way of doing business that need mention too.

His proposals were complete and easy to understand. Although Voltage Electric is located roughly 300 miles south of my building site, there were no additional charges incurred due to the travel distance. His work ethic is admirable; it was inspiring to watch them work long hours in a rugged terrain without complaint. Voltage Electric left my work site absolutely immaculate, which I've learned is pretty rare in the construction business. Matt also provided some training to us, and to the City of Norway.

The solar array provided and installed by Voltage Electric, Inc. is by far the best thing about my new home so far. I have had no problems at all with the system, and am happy to report, no electric bills thus far either! Please consider this letter a solid recommendation for Matt Vajda, Voltage Electric. Had I known Voltage Electric does interior wiring too, I would have contracted that work with them as well. In these trying times, it's encouraging to know that there are still professionals that meet and exceed all expectations, and Matt Vajda/Voltage Electric, Inc. is one of those rare companies. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like additional information. I am truly a satisfied, grateful customer.

To: Whom It May Concern

Voltage Electric, Inc. was subcontracted to purchase the material and perform the work for the Solar Array Systems at The Old Town Parking Deck in Traverse City, MI. Due to the nature of the project; they essentially became the Design/Build subcontractor for the Solar Array Systems for this project. Matt Vajda, the owner of Voltage Electric, worked effortlessly on this project to make sure the project went as smooth as possible from start to finish. Matt is a very consciences person when it comes to his work performance. His efforts helped this project finish on schedule and within budget. I would highly recommend Voltage Electric, Inc. to anyone who is interest in having a solar array system designed and/or installed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Dear Matt,

I just wanted to thank you for your quick response to my electrical emergency at our cottage in Traverse City. Being 3 hours away from Traverse City and having our electric heat off in the middle of a hard winter gave me a sick feeling. You eased my mind by responding immediately to my problem, driving out to the peninsula, finding the problem and then contacting Consumers Energy about the down power line. I als appreciated you recommending the plumber that helped me out with the frozen pipes.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for an electrician, for any reason, to contact Voltage Electric Inc. Thank you Matt for helping out when I needed you.

Sincerely,
Scott Merritt

Dear Matt,

I don't know how to adequately express my gratitude and that of our Association for Voltage Electric's generous support of our Room Gone Wrong RIGHT! Project. When our Public Relations Committee dreamed up the contest for Home EXPO 2007, we never anticipated the scope of what we now have undertaken. Nor did we ever anticipate asking so much of our doners. But the project evolved, got more challenging and really underscored the need to hire the professional!

This entire make-over would never have become a reality for this deserving and delightful young couple had it not been for your willingness to contribute so much in time and materials. Hopefully, you have garnered a great deal of satisfaction, knowing that your efforts have enriched Rachel and Ryan's lives tremendously. The new bathroom, besides being a fabulous addition, is cherrished more than ever as the Jones's anticipate the arrival of their first child in January.

My hope is that you may be repaid in some small way by the media coverage that will come from this venture and that ie will bring your company increasing attention and good will - as well as many new customers.

Thank you so much for making all our dreams a reality!

Sincerely,
Kathleen G. Maisonvill

Dear Matt,

I wanted to write a brief letter to express how pleased we were with the comprehensiver electrical upgrades you made to our home and to give you a letter of reference to prospective clients. From initial assessment of the problem through the completion of the project, we were confident that we had your full attention and consideration. In particular we appreciated that you stopped by twice to ensure the project was going as planned and to answer any questions.

The electricians doing the work were also exceptional. Mike and Rob were always on time, courteous throughout the day, and did very careful, thoughtful work. They provided good advice and worked hard to balance our home-office needs with the challenge of rewiring a 120-year old home on a fixed budget. We were really impressed with how much they accomplished in the tim they were here.

In short, there were no surprises and you were honest and fair. We will highly recomend Voltage Electric to our friends and neighbors. Please feel free to use us as a reference.

Best regards,
John and Rachael Taylor
